Northeast Columbus is the perfect place to call home. Convenience, easy access to restaurants and shopping and lots of golf.
The Northeast Columbus neighborhood is a little more off the beaten path than most of the districts in Columbus. Located North of Macon Road and east of I-185.
An easy way in and out of town.
Your Northeast Columbus apartment will be close to I-185, Route 80 (which is also called Macon Road and JR Allen Parkway, depending on which part of town you’re in), and Alt 27 (which is called the Manchester Expressway on the northeastern side of Columbus), so whether you need to make a daily commute or you want to head out on a road trip, it will be easy to do.
Lots of golf.
Maple Ridge Golf Club is semi-private, meaning you can become a member and enjoy special perks or hit the links from time to time as a guest. Columbus resident Larry Mize — who won the Masters back in 1987 — designed this course, so you can rest easy knowing that it will give you a good challenge!
Bull Creek Golf Course has been recognized as one of the best public golf courses in the entire country. There are actually two courses here — East and West — so you’ll have nearly 13,000 yards to perfect your swing.
If you’re willing to head about 10 minutes further north on the Manchester Expressway, you can also hit the links at Woodland Hills Golf Course.
Great green space.
The most peaceful spot in Northeast Columbus is Flat Rock Park. Here, you’ll be able to climb the stone steps, watch the water flow, play disc golf, and have a picnic or barbecue. Best of all, it’s free to get in!
Shopping only minutes away.
Your Northeast Columbus apartment will be close to grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, and some basic stores where you can run your “regular” errands. Luckily, the Peachtree Mall is only a few minutes away, so anytime you need some retail therapy, all you need to do is hop on the Manchester Expressway.
